A recruiter with CBC in Beeville will be on campus next Thursday at 9:00 AM. Seniors who are interested in attending will be called to the library to complete an application. Thank you for your cooperation.

Seniors – if you have not been measured for your cap and gown with the Herff Jones Representative, he will be here Feb. 9, which is Tuesday. Please meet with him and give him your measurements so that your cap and gown look stunning on you! Remember, you do not pay for the cap and gown, the senior fund pays.

On February 9 letterman jacket orders will be placed. If you are unsure whether you are receiving a jacket, please check with Mrs. Markert and pick up a letterman packet as soon as possible. If you need additional patches and would like to pick up an order, you may also pick those up.

SENIORS! If you would like to put a baby picture in the yearbook, please turn one in to Kristyn Resendez or Mariela Hernandez by February 28th. The pictures will be scanned and returned ASAP. Please have your name printed on the back of the picture.

Yearbook students are selling Senior Ads. Any student interested in purchasing an ad to be placed in the yearbook should contact Mrs. Simmons or any yearbook student. Prices range from $100 for a whole page, $50 for a half page and $25 for a forth of a page. The deadline to purchase a senior ad is Feb. 28th. No other purchases can be made after this date.

Copano Bay Soil and Water Conservation District announces the annual essay contest. Students wishing to enter should write a 500 word (max) essay on the topic, “What soil and water conservation means to me.” The deadline to enter is February 5. Entry forms are available in the counselor’s office.
